Where is Zinnia West located?
Zinnia West is based in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. All of our jewelry is shipped out of Vancouver.

Are taxes included?
All Canadian taxes have been built into our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay. Simple as that!
For United States and International customers, taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if a product I want is sold out?
If a product you have your eye on is sold out, don’t worry, we are most likely getting more in stock. Kindly send an email to info@zinniawest.com with the product you are interested in purchasing, we will let you know if we are receiving more stock for that item. If more stock is on its way, we can give you a better estimate of when it will arrive in our office and the earliest it can be delivered to you.

Once I place an order, can it be tracked?
All packages sent within Canada and the United States are tracked via Canada Post. International packages are not tracked. Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. 

How do I care for my new Zinnia West jewels?
We want your new Zinnia West jewelry to stay sparkly long after your first wear. We encourage you to properly care for your new pieces.

It is best to put your new jewels on after changing clothing and applying lotions, hairspray and perfumes. Moisture, liquids, and perspiration can dull your pieces, so never swim or bathe with them on. It is also best to store your jewelry in a dry environment to ensure maximum longevity.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?
A little extra savings is always a cause for celebration! At this time, we accept one promo code per transaction. When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, on the checkout page you will be asked if you have a promo code. Once your promo code has been entered you will automatically see the amount discounted from your total amount due.
