If you change your mind after ordering from us, please send a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your cancellation request quickly. Unfortunately, if we have already shipped out your package we can no longer cancel your order.
We hope you love every piece that you receive from us. But if you are unhappy with an item you’ve purchased, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, reason for wanting to return a product and your invoice number in your email.
Please note that only qualifying products are eligible for returns. Due to sanitary reasons, earrings are not returnable or refundable.
To be issued a refund, the product must be:• Unworn and in new condition
• In original packaging with all labels/tags attached
• Sale/clearance items are final sale
Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non refundable. Shipping merchandise back to Zinnia West for a refund is at the expense of the customer. When shipping products back to Zinnia West, please ensure the item is packaged with sufficient packaging to ensure no damage is caused during transit. When shipping merchandise back to Zinnia West, we suggest that you track the package as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.
Once we receive the unaltered, undamaged, returned product, we will process your request and will provide you with your refund within 10 days. Any promotional gift with purchase must also be returned unworn and in its original packaging. If the promotional gift is not returned with the unwanted item(s), the value will be deducted from your refund amount.
